Physical appearance. For those who are trying to change it. (Stop seeking.)

This is a topic that I was very avidly searching evidence for when I first started out.
What I want to tell you though is that; YES. It’s POSSIBLE.. HOWEVER. (Don’t panic.)
Many people on here ask about changing appearance on here and are constantly combing through this subreddit for proof or information, but when it’s found? Your hunger is settled for a little while, until you start doubting again and look for more. This is a cycle you need to break, because it’ll just continue and prolong your desired change further than if you’d just take a gamble and try it.
How would this work?
My beliefs are this; Our body is a mold and our mind is the artist. What you think and what you believe will alter how your body reacts to things and what it looks like. The idea of ‘what certain foods do what’ doesn’t factor in my decisions anymore.
Personally, This has been proven true to myself because once I started thinking this and not allowing myself to think that food(an external source) can affect me? I quit gaining weight and better yet, I’m starting to lose some and I’m noticing it. (Hell, I just started this a few weeks ago too.) What have I done about it? Nothing. I eat like a garbage disposal and work from a computer a lot of the time. Society would say that I should probably be around 600 pounds. Welp, I’m not. Why? Mental diet and keeping myself from giving power to external sources. I’m healthy and I’m functioning well, I’m not sick or restricting myself yet I’m sitting here losing excess weight.
But, why do you think diets work for people? Because they believe what they’re putting in their mouth will melt the pounds. This even applies to ALTERING your facial appearance or other areas on your body. Whether you want a smaller nose, bigger butt, perky boobs, long legs, or some damn hair to fill that bald spot on the left side of your head. It doesn’t matter.
Well, what should I do about it? IT DEPENDS.
It depends because we all work a different way, we’re more subjective to certain ideas, beliefs and ways to go about manifestation in regards to the body. If you believe you can sit and do nothing and still lose weight? That’s what will happen. If you believe you have to work your ass off at the gym and eat berries and shrubs like a rabbit, then that’s what you’ll have to do. If you believe that subliminals are the only way to change your face and appearance, then that’s what you’ll be listening to for the next month. If you think a simple but strict mental diet is all you have to do, then that’s all you have to do.
Our body is mostly water and I’m sure most of you are aware of the many water and rice experiments and I know this kinda strays from Neville. But get this, you have a brain sitting in this bag of water that’s constantly giving it thoughts and feelings lmao. If you’re always angry or resentful towards your body, the fat or whatever’s wrong with it, you’re not helping yourself. You’re keeping that shit there because you keep focusing on it and bringing that ‘fat’ to your awareness, thus creating the reality that you still have it. So until you change the story and quit that, it’s gonna stick around. That big nose, flat butt and chest, small eyes or whatever drives you crazy, wanting it gone is not how you get rid of it. Which is where self-love comes to play, but there’s many posts on that. Go check out allismind.
Quit paying attention to it and focus on feeling the way you would if you looked how you wanted. Feel. It. Quit replaying that old story about how you have features you don’t like. Quit giving it life. If you quit giving it focus then it ceases to exist.
Our bodies are constantly changing anyways. Our skin replaces itself over a certain amount of time, our body fights off bacteria, new blood is being created every second, The cells in every human body are constantly in a state of flux. There’s an entire list that could wrap around the world twice as far as what our body does. Even beyond our comprehension of what it CAN do.
If we’re ‘God’ (on a low setting), then why could we not have control over our bodies and how they look?
The takeaway here though is that you need to stop seeking proof and try it for yourself. Only YOU will know for yourself if this is the truth or not, because hearing that someone else did it or reading a story will only do so much for you. This goes for everything you’re trying to manifest as well.
Work on your beliefs and assumptions, then watch the world mold to it.
